Adding your own mods

You want to add your own mods to Light Craft? Here's how:

Adding a Mod Using the CurseForge App

Step 1: Open Light Craft in CurseForge App

1. Open the CurseForge App.

2. Go to My Modpacks.

3. Click Light Craft | FPS Maximizing.

Step 2: Open the Modpack Folder

1. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of the modpack page.

2. Choose "Open Folder".

3. Go into the mods folder.

Step 3: Add the Already-Downloaded Mod

1. Take your downloaded .jar file.

2. Drop it into the mods folder.

Step 4: Launch the Modpack

Start it from CurseForge App to confirm the mod loads correctly.

Adding a Mod Using the Modrinth App

Step 1: Open the Modpack in Modrinth App

1. Open the Modrinth App.

2. Go to the Installed Modpacks tab.

3. Click on Light Craft | FPS Maximizing to open its page.

Step 2: Open the Modpack’s Folder

1. In the top-right corner, click ⋮ (the three-dot menu).

2. Select "Open Folder".

3. This opens the modpack’s directory.

4. Open the mods folder.

Step 3: Add the Already-Downloaded Mod

1. Locate your downloaded .jar mod file on your computer.

2. Drag and drop the .jar file into the mods folder.

Step 4: Launch the Modpack

Return to the Modrinth App and press Play to verify everything works.

🔧 Possible issues

• Make sure the mod:

  • Matches the same Minecraft version as Light Craft.

  • Is made for Fabric
